At the other end of the farmhouse, on the first floor: 2 bedrooms, one with shower and toilet, the other with shower, bathtub and private toilet, each with two single beds that can be joined.
Electric heating.
In the small, detached house: on the ground floor:a lounge with a pool table;a narrow spiral staircase leads to the first floor: two attic bedrooms (three single beds), a bathroom with toilet.

Butcher/caterer in Magnac Bourg.Public establishment regulations (ERP) do not allow for exceeding the maximum capacity (including children and babies).At the end of a small country road and then a track crossing the Fayat forest, you will reach the entrance to the Montintin estate.
Three gîtes are arranged around a 19th century castle.
The "Pommeraie" gîte has been converted into a farmhouse that opens onto a completely independent lawn enclosed by walls.
At the bottom of the garden, a small house has also been converted.
Trails allow you to discover the estate or to walk around the large pond located below the castle.
Access to the park is possible from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
All of the Domaine's gîtes can accommodate 29 people.
The internet connection is neither fiber nor high-speed.
At Lake Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoys, paddleboarding, baby skiing...

Ensemble agréable. Les pièces sont grandes particulièrement la cuisine. Nous avons apprécié la situation dans les bois. Cependant, pas de WiFi dans la grande maison, pas d isolation phonique entre étages, espace clos sans aucune ombre.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un gîte au calme a seulement 25 min de Saint Yriex La Perche. Le gîte est propre, calme, sécurisé / sécurisant. Merci a Lucia qui a géré notre arrivée / notre départ et tous les a côtés.
