On the ground floor: living room, open kitchen and dining area, shower room, wc.
A staircase leads to 2 communicating bedrooms, no door between (1 double bed and 1 single bed).
Another staircase on the living room side leads to 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with open shower room and separate toilet and 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with private shower room and toilet.
Electric heating.
Terrace and covered terrace. Very close to Limoges (10 mins by car) the gite adjoining the owners' house has a completely independent entrance and terrace not overlooked.
A large piece of land at the back of the house is extended by 4 ha of woods.
A beautiful walk allows you to reach the river or go hiking on marked trails.

Très belle semaine au " chat qui pêche". Gîte très agréable et très bien équipé. L'accueil d'Annie et Jean-Claude est formidable. Ils nous ont très bien renseigné sur la région et leur gentillesse fait chaud au coeur. Une adresse à découvrir sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au chat qui pêche .Le gîte est très spacieux et bien équipé, situé dans un bel environnement où les activités de plein air sont nombreuses .Annie et Jean-Claude sont des hôtes charmants , toujours prêts à conseiller et rendre service .
