Area 70 m². Ground floor: living room with kitchen area, living room which opens onto a terrace, wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), shower room.
Covered terrace. At the gates of Limoges, this pretty little house has been fitted out by Nicolas and Virginie who live right next door with their children.
Meticulous and diligent, Nicolas arranged it with care, Virginie left her mark as an artist; she decorated and furnished it by antiquing many objects; this perfect alchemy makes it a place full of charm and seduction.
Very comfortable, it is perfect for families; almost a paradise for children..... a huge garden or football goal, trampoline, swing are available.... Independent covered terrace not overlooked, 4000 m² garden shared with the owners, pétanque court, 2 adult bicycles and a balance bike.
On site: goat and chickens.

Nous avons eu un séjour agréable à Le Mas Chambart. La famille est très aimable er serviable. Le jardin est magnifique. Un seul bémol: comme Il n'y a pas de store extérieur, le gîte se réchauffe rapidement pendant les étés chauds.
