Ground floor: high-end fitted kitchen and summer kitchen (2 ovens, 2 hobs and 2 dishwashers), dining room, large living room, shower room, WC, 1 bedroom (1 queen bed). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 cot, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, large shower room, WC. 2nd floor: a spacious landing leads to 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom, WC and a sitting room which can also be used as an office.
Central heating.
Large garage converted into a summer kitchen (plancha grill) and games room with ping-pong table, adult and children's foosball tables.
Petanque court. Public Access Establishments (ERP) regulations do not allow exceeding the maximum capacity (including children and babies); this is strictly prohibited.

The house had plenty of space for all our extended family and the covered pool meant swimming could be enjoyed even in a dramatic rainstorm!
So many lovely places to explore nearby and the wealth of bird and other wildlife in the extensive grounds was an unexpected bonus.

Gite très agréable spacieux ,parc magnifique idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis avec des enfants. La piscine et la grande salle de jeux, qui fait également coin repas est un bonheur pour les grands et les petits. Idéal pour se ressourcer en pleine campagne et au calme .
