On the ground floor: living room with lounge and wood stove (wood provided for the 1st outbreak), kitchen opening onto the terraces, on the 1/2 floor 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed 160, the other with 2 single beds 90, shower room, separate wc. 1st floor: 2 attic bedrooms, one with 160 cm bed, the other with 3 single beds, shower room, separate wc.
Electric heating.
Griddle. In the calm of a small hamlet in southern Haute-Vienne, on the borders of Périgord and Corrèze, the completely renovated house opens onto the countryside.
It has a terrace with a private heated swimming pool 4X9m, open from June to September depending on weather conditions, parking.
Petanque.
In the close surroundings: , hiking trails, water skiing, Père Castor library ....
