Surface area 110 m². On the ground floor: a large living room opening onto the garden, a separate kitchen, and a bedroom with an en-suite shower room (1 double bed), WC. Upstairs: 2 spacious bedrooms (2 single beds 90 x 200 cm, 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), bathroom.

Baby equipment available on request (travel cot, baby bath). To ensure an environmentally responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g., heating, electricity) may be billed at the end of your stay. Protected as a Historic Monument and housed in an outbuilding in the immediate vicinity of the castle, the Orangerie is a spacious, independent gîte. It opens onto a private garden with a beautiful view of the castle and its 80-hectare enclosed park decorated with azaleas, rhododendrons, hydrangeas, and various trees.
Bort is a vast agricultural and forest estate of 1,000 hectares with numerous forest paths and ponds.
The Aquapolis aquatic center in Limoges is 11 km away.
You will share the 5X10 m swimming pool (open from June to September depending on weather conditions) with the 3 other gîtes located in the castle's former agricultural reserve, about fifty meters from the Orangerie.

Nous avons loué les 4 gîtes dans le cadre de notre marche sur le chemin de Saint Jacques et avons été ravis. L’environnement est superbe et très bien entretenu avec une très belle vue sur le château. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons d’ores et déjà prévus de revenir l’année prochaine !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille au domaine de Bort. Le gîte est chaleureux, lumineux et bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous avons profité d'une agréable promenade dans la forêt du domaine, niché dans un écrin de verdure. Nous espérons y revenir un jour.

Maison simple, mais avec tout le confort, excellent rapport qualité prix. Parc magnifique très bien entretenu avec de jolis étangs. Piscine très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et surtout accueillant. Je recommande vivement !!!!
