On the ground floor: via a patio which invites you to relax, you access the large living room with pellet wood stove and then the kitchen with dining area. These two rooms open through large bay windows onto a 50 m² terrace bordered by the river. One bedroom (2 single beds) has a private bathroom. Separate WC. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms (shower, sink and toilet). Two are equipped with a 160 cm double bed, one with 2 90 cm single beds, the last with a bunk bed and a single bed. Bathroom, separate toilet. On the landing a reading corner, office corner. Electric heating. washing machine and dryer are located in a laundry area close to the building. Private parking. Very close in a small renovated building, with panoramic views of the river, a 40 m² relaxation area composed of a SPA for 5 people and an infrared sauna for 4 people is offered as an option. Like a long barge moored at the water's edge, the gîte has been renovated while respecting the original materials. Its large bays offer a breathtaking view of the river, its immediate vegetation and the fauna that occupies it. On the edge of the Glane, in the heart of a completely private natural and wild space of around 2500 m² where a mill once operated. Each room upstairs is a real suspended balcony: a natural spectacle guaranteed! Organization of festive receptions prohibited.
A 40 m² relaxation area is available as an option and is privatized, at a price of €65 to €95/day (decreasing price depending on the number of days desired, to be agreed with the owner).
