Living room of 72 m² with fireplace insert, communal kitchen, lounge area, mezzanine converted into a relaxation area (2 extra beds). 4 bedrooms, each with 4 single beds, including 2 on the mezzanine, and private bathrooms. 2 bedrooms with disabled access, each with 1 double bed and private bathrooms. 1 baby bed + 1 travel cot.
Wood-fired central heating.
Optional: breakfasts. Elisa and Doriane have set up a group gîte on their organic farm breeding Limousin cows.
Located 7 km from the lake of Saint Pardoux (hiking, swimming), it opens onto large terraces and an enclosed lawn with a pétanque court.
