Ground floor: living room with open kitchen and lounge with fireplace, 2 bedrooms (4 single beds), bathroom, separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 spacious bedroom with 1 King-Size bed, 1 single bed 0.90, 1 baby bed, a large relaxation room offering sleeping facilities (1 sofa bed 140, 1 trundle bed 2×0.90), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
Heating air heat pump and electric inertia radiators, carport.
Private enclosed garden.
Free access to the park and the fishing pond.
Wifi connection in the games room and outside, by prior agreement with the owner.
Optional: breakfast service on request, possibility of accommodating 2 people in addition to the capacity, i.e. 10 people maximum, with a supplement of 10€ per person/night.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g. heating, electricity, etc.) may be charged at the end of your stay. 17th century farmhouse restored while respecting the character of the rustic and comfortable house.
Independent, it has a magnificent view of the park and the ponds of the surrounding agricultural and forestry estate carried out in organic farming.
On site, beautiful landscaped environment with bowling green, various games and swings, pond for fishing, swimming, boat rides, paddle under everyone's responsibility.
The Pluses: possibility of discovering the life of a Livestock Farm, walking on the property, in the private forest, numerous hikes departing from the Gîte.

Séjour en famille très, très agréable. Grand gîte, agréable et fonctionnel qui permet de profiter en toute saison. Le domaine est impressionnant ! Sans oublier tous les "à côté" mis à disposition par la propriétaire : jeux, barque, potager...En bref, excellent séjour et... à bientôt ! :-)

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Anne, la propriétaire. Le gîte est confortable & convivial. Entourés d’une magnifique nature, nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Masbareau. Nous avons déjà recommandé les lieux à des amis.

L'endroit est tout simplement magnifique et reposant. L'accueil de la propriétaire est parfait. Nous ne sommes pas rester assez longtemps pour profiter un maximum du lieu mais si nous devions revenir dans le coin, sans hésiter, nous reviendrons ici.
