On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen/dining room, one bedroom (two single beds pushed together), and a shower room with a private toilet.
The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds pushed together and one single bed.
One bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a toilet, and the other has a separate bathroom with a toilet.
On the second floor, in the attic, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds pushed together.

There is a two-level grassy terrace.
Regulations for establishments open to the public (ERP) do not allow for exceeding the maximum occupancy (including children and babies).
It is in the hinterland of Lake Vassivière and the green and wooded nature of the Millevaches Regional Natural Park that Chalendeix is nestled.
Beautiful stone barn restored with respect, it houses the family and, with completely independent access, the cottage which can also be rented as guest rooms.

Gite dans un écrin de verdure, idéal pour se ressourcer. Salle de bain et WC dans chaque chambre apportent un confort pour un séjour de groupes.Le seul point d amélioration (prévu par le proprietaire) est l achat d un barbecue adapté à un groupe.

Très beau gîte, très calme. Propriétaires logeant à coté discrets, à notre écoute, prompts à répondre à nos désidératas. Grandes chambres avec excellente literie. Seul petit bémol, les meubles rangement dans les chambres sont un peu juste pour ranger toutes les affaires d'une semaine.

Superbe gîte bien confortable, trés bien équipé avec de trés grandes chambres, dans un havre de paix comme le limousin sait en proposer ! Une trés bonne étape chez des gens discrets et attentionnés, pour se ressourcer (tout en étant à proximité de toutes les commodités d'une ville) et partir faire de belles vadrouilles au alentour.
