Attic floor with access by a miller's staircase: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), sleeping area (2 single beds).
Electric auxiliary heating, washing machine shared with the owners' house. In a quiet hamlet, our cottage is located in an old house (18th century according to family archives), renovated, with simple and rustic comfort (original granite paving, exposed stone wall ...), near the owners' residence.
Its terrace, not overlooked, faces west and overlooks an independent and shaded plot of approximately 200 m².
