With plenty of natural light from the large windows, the first-floor sitting room has a Smart TV ideal for a movie marathon and a sitting area with a glass roof, overlooking the trees and houses, ideal for morning coffee.

Three bedrooms await your relaxation, beginning with a well-presented double on the first floor with a handy en-suite, and there is a second double and a twin bedroom on the second-floor, as well as a shower room where you can freshen up after a long day of exploring the local area.

Located on a quiet street, the property opens up onto the well-known Steep Hill, leading towards Bailgate.

The location of the property was perfect for us, we could easily walk into the city and to major attractions. Parking was a real bonus as it meant we could bring our golf clubs into the house and store them securely. We had a small issue when we checked in but host Elizabeth couldn’t have been more helpful and got this sorted out extremely quickly.

We had a lovely stay in this house. It was beautifully appointed and very comfortable, with everything we could have needed for ourselves and two young children. The house made a perfect base for sightseeing and visiting family nearby. We would highly recommend the property and hope to stay here again in the future.

A brilliant location. Great to have off-street parking. A shame perhaps that the gates were not in place because we could have let the dogs out, rather than all their walks being on lead from the front door. Proximity to the Usher Gallery grounds was really welcome, and we found lots of paths and twitchets to explore. We would certainly consider returning.
