Lage direkt am Meer. Sehr sauberes gepflegtes Haus und Grundstück. Sehr sehr nette Eigentümer,
immer hilfsbereit.
Das Bad sehr klein, nur für Personen bis 170cm Körpergröße geeignet. (Dachschräge)
Grundstückseinfahrt sehr eng, bei Ausfahrt muß man ein paarmal rangieren.
