Apartment in a beautiful, newly renovated 1st-floor residence with elevator, located just steps from the beach and the town center of St-Pair-sur-Mer.

La localisation au pied d'une plage et à 5mn à pied des commodités.
L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, propre et confortable. Le balcon filant permet de profiter du soleil et du bruit des vagues. Le parking est sécurisé.
