For your exclusive use: car park, enclosed garden, laundry room, swimming pool (15x6m, open from May to September depending on the weather), poolhouse with covered terrace, sink, wc.
Baby equipment: high chair, cot, potty and bathtub.
We live on the property but you have autonomy and independent access.
