We are offering this charming one-bedroom apartment for rent in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, with a ski resort within walking distance and a swimming pool.
It has a surface area of 65 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 23 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower).
We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 23 m² living room with TV, sofa (convertible sofa bed) - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee maker/espresso machine... - Bedroom 1: 160x200 cm double bed, wardrobe and large chest of drawers - Bedroom 2: 140x200 cm sofa bed, with closet and no window - Bathroom with shower and toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, crib, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - Shared indoor heated swimming pool (5x7m), equipped with changing rooms and showers.
Open from April 1 to September 30 (opening dates not contractual).
Opening hours: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. without interruption.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities: - Several hiking trails nearby for all types of walkers - Lakes equipped for water sports - Unusual tours focusing on local resources: wood, eyewear, Comté cheese, for example, the tour of the Fort des Rousses is particularly interesting - The nearby woodworking museum - Summer mountain activities - Casino 200 m from the apartment Transportation: - You can park directly in a free space in the condominium parking lot - Nearest train station: SNCF Besançon 99.6 km away (about 1 hour and 35 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry, 147 km away (approximately 1 hour and 55 minutes by car) Other comments: - The second bedroom in the apartment does not have a window but has a glass door. - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an additional fee of €10 per pet (maximum 1 pet) - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner).

En passant par la Suisse possibilité de se rendre à Yvoire en peu de kms en prenant le bateau à Nyon (super).Comment je récupère la caution ?

L'appartement est très bien équipé et c'est fort appréciable. Nombreux jeux à disposition, cuisine parfaite pour qui aime cuisiner. Pour ceux qui aiment ski de fond et raquettes, la station est à 300m à pieds, paysages magnifiques.
