Je ne sais pas quoi dire tellement nous étions contents et satisfaits de l'ensemble des personnels et des prestations. Dans ma carrière de skieur (55ans) je pense que je peux mettre le chalet de l'ours tout en haut de mes choix passés... certainement un must de l'hébergement en station... merci à toute l'équipe... j'y reviendrai...
Aucun si ce n'est une petite panne d'ascenseur réparé immédiatement par le service technique du chalet ... efficace !!!

Appartement refait à neuf ( salles de bain un peu baclées ), super bien équipé ( 2 lave-vaisselles, 2 fours, 2 fours à micro-onde, 2 frigidaire ( petit bémol, il aurait été utile de le mettre dans le descriptif). Piéce à vivre très agréable. Supérette très accueillante et bien achalandée. Accueil au petit soin.
Tout petit bénol, il faut marcher 50 m sur la route pour aller au premier téleski mais c'est très faisable même avec des enfants de 5 ans donc pas réellement au pied des pistes.
