Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside: - A balcony of approx. 3 m² to enjoy the fine weather The studio is ideally located in Port-Vendres, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - The port and shops are just a 2-minute walk away, as is the market twice a week on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. - Boat trips available - La Mauresque beach 600 m away Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Bus at 2 euros to go to neighbouring towns: Collioure, Banyuls-sur-mer and as far as Perpignan.
The bus station is a 3-minute walk away. - Nearest train station: Port-Vendres station (2.5 km) - Nearest airport: Perpignan airport (43 km) Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
