Welcome to Saint-Jorioz!
Located in the centre of Saint-Jorioz with all its shops.
Discover a charming flat in a quiet, peaceful residence in the centre of a magnificent lakeside village.
Ideal for 4 people, it comprises two separate bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a west-facing terrace and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious lounge/living room.
A covered garage is available for your car or bikes and free parking is available outside.
🅿️Vous will reach the lake in just a few minutes: less than a kilometre and a half separates the flat from the lake!
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed 160x200cm and storage space.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds 90x190cm and storage space.
Television and high-speed WiFi, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The flat is also equipped with a washing machine/dryer, raclette and fondue appliances.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the flat.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without lift.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance, you can get around without a car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium car park.
Saint-Jorioz is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting.
Visit its village, mountains, port and beaches!
Arrival is possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
In the same way, on the day of your departure, a late departure will be permitted if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
