It features a lovely 45 m² living room with a contemporary kitchen opening onto the living room, fully fitted and equipped, four bedrooms, including 2 on the ground floor with double beds (140×190), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and large bathtub.

Upstairs you'll find a master bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180×200) overlooking the sea, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan and large dressing room with plenty of storage space, a shower room with large walk-in shower and double basin, separate toilet and a small bedroom with two single beds for children or teenagers.

You'll enjoy a 300 m² sea-view garden with a large outdoor table seating 8 and garden furniture for lunches and barbecue parties! A large awning protects you from the sun. The house has its own charging station for electric vehicles.
