The plot measures 15,000m2, and is full of almond trees and other fruit trees, such as fig trees.
Large porches with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy the fantastic views of the countryside and the mountains.
Barbecue and outdoor oven, ideal for cooking pizzas and bread. The house is on one level, so it is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
It consists of a living room with a nice fireplace and sofa bed, large dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one room with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a complete bathroom with shower.
The rooms have heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
Cot and high chair available for our youngest guests.
The property is completely fenced, making it safe for children.
Located on a popular cycling route, within walking distance, there are shops and services for cyclists in the [hidden] VIDEO- CAN MOREU HOLIDAY HOME- CAIMARI The tourist tax (ecotasa) is not included in the price and will be charged at the rate of €2.2 per adult and per night (from May to October). House's rules:Events, parties etc. are not allowed.
Only reservations from groups of young people over 21 years of age will be accepted.
Smoking is prohibited on the property. The town of Caimari is one of the urban centers of the municipality of Selva.
Moscari, Biniamar, Binibona and Selva are other towns in the municipality, Selva is the main population center where we find its Town Hall. Caimari is located at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana just 8km from Inca, it is a small town where stone houses predominate, its population does not exceed 1,000 inhabitants.
Caimari is known for its olive trees and oil production.

We loved the house. It is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, next to the beautiful town of Caimari.The house is perfect to spend a few days trekking and excursions. The Agency's treatment was excellent, always attentive to our needs. We definitely recommend Can Moreu.

We really enjoyed the garden view and the peaceful surroundings. Upon arrival at the finca, there was a lovely welcome. Starting our excursions from Caimari, using a rental car, was very convenient. We definitely recommend Can Moreu to enjoy a pleasant stay and get to know the other side of Mallorca

El alojamiento es estupendo: con camas cómodas, la zona exterior es muy chula, la cual pudimos disfrutar. Nos pusieron una cuna para mi bebé de 9 meses y nos dejaron unos obsequios. La única pega que encontré es que la ducha está para reformar, pero en realidad ese aspecto es poco relevante para unos días de vacaciones
