Le canapé qui n’est vraiment pas confortable.
Un petit plus à prévoir : le changement du matériel de ménage qui est vraiment bas de gamme.
L’idéal : un store sur la terrasse du séjour !

-Un appartement-duplex très agréable et bien agencé, avec 2 terrasses proposant une exposition Ouest (soleil couchant) appréciable. Proximité du centre ville des Pins, commerce et du marché (jeudi et dimanche).La plage en face n'est pas vraiment propice à la baignade, plutôt aux balades (Plage de l'Océan à 2,7km).Séjour paisible et ressourçant.
