2 bedroom, 2 bathroom completely renovated, very bright and spacious second floor apartment.
This first floor apartment is spacious and sunny and the roof terrace offers 360 degree panoramic views of the surrounding area and out over the Mediterranean.
There is also a good size terrace from the lounge and a further small terrace that can be accessed from the kitchen and smaller bedroom. Air Conditioning / Heating throughout, the property has recently undergone a total refresh with brand new Scandinavian-style furnishings.
This property has free WIFI and a smart TV. A beautiful free-form pool forms the centre-piece of this popular complex.
Surrounded by lovely manicured gardens Antares is a much sought after complex and is visited year after year by happy returning holiday-makers. Normally the swimming pool on Antares is officially closed during the period - mid-October to mid-May. From 15th May to 15th October the pool is open when a lifeguard is present - times vary month to month. All amenities are a pleasant fifteen minute walk away and there is a local bar just a few minutes' walk away.

The interior and terrace square metres are estimates. In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. ************************************************************************************************* There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. Additional person supplement 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). Housekeeping surcharge is applied at the time of booking. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure.
An outside key box is used when our office is closed.
Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

Easy to find, easy to check in with clear instructions
Well equipped apartment for our stay.
We enjoyed the space and balcony and pool.
A couple of minor repairs needed to the apartment.
We definitely needed a car for our stay to get out and about / sight seeing

Nicely refurbed in summer 2023. Nicely equipped. Nice quiet location in good area of Calahonda.
In a block of 14 units with 5/6 parking spaces behind secure electric gates.
More parking on the road outside.
Aircon brand new and very effective. Excellent internet. Good TV. Only one flight of stairs....
