Welcome to this charming, single-storey contemporary house in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, just a few minutes from the beaches and unspoilt natural landscapes of the Cotentin’s west coast.
Perfectly designed to accommodate up to six people, this bright, modern house offers the ideal setting for a holiday with family or friends, combining comfort, tranquillity and practicality.
You’ll enjoy a beautiful, open-plan living area that’s welcoming and bathed in light, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area opening directly onto the garden. The large bay windows invite you to extend your moments of relaxation onto the furnished terrace.
In terms of sleeping arrangements, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, as well as 2 bathrooms, offering everyone space and privacy.
Outside, the fully enclosed grounds are ideal for children and pets (up to 2 allowed). A table tennis table is also available for some fun in the open air.
For your comfort: bed linen and towels provided, a pellet stove (pellets included) for a cosy atmosphere all year round, on-site parking (+ garage), available to rent all year round.

Wat een prachtige plek! Het huis is prachtig ontworpen met grote erker ramen die veel licht binnenlaten, We hebben veel tijd buiten op het terras doorgebracht, genietend van het tuinmeubilair, De kinderen hebben zich geweldig vermaakt met de tafeltennistafel, en het was fijn om te weten dat het terrein afgesloten was voor hun veiligheid,

Ich habe die Liebe zum Detail in diesem Haus wirklich geschätzt, Der Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine in der Küche machten die Morgen so viel besser, Außerdem bedeutete die Spülmaschine, dass wir mehr Zeit damit verbringen konnten, unseren Urlaub zu genießen, anstatt Geschirr zu spülen, Sehr zu empfehlen!
