The furnished terrace is ideal for spending summer evenings admiring the beauty of the lake.
Outdoors there is a garage for a small to medium-sized car, plus an uncovered place inside.

La villa è immersa in un parco silenzioso e verde ed è all'ombra di pini meravigliosi. Quando oltrepassi il cancello e inizi a camminare nel prato per raggiungere la casa sai già che non vorrai più lasciare questo paradiso.

Das einzige ist die Aussicht ,dieses Objekt dürfte nicht vermietet werden!!!
Sauberkeit,schlechte Ausstattung, schimmel auf den Sitzmöbeln,Elektronik des Hauses ist in einem Misserablen Zustand,andauernd die Hauptsicherung!
