The accommodation has free Wi-Fi service.

The accommodation does not have parking space.
People in the property: · The apartment is rented complete for the exclusive use of the guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of people stated in the reservation, and there cannot be more people staying/visiting the property at the same time. - No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your reservation.
Any incident must be reported immediately to allow for management as soon as possible.
CHECK-IN: · The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years. · It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal official identification document (ID card or passport) at check-in.

Late arrival: · Option for late arrival from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: Price 50€ per reservation (payment upon arrival) · Option for late arrival from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM: Price 100€ per reservation (payment upon arrival) · Option for check-in outside of hours with a key box at the office at no cost. · Failure to show up on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation. · Mandatory payment of the tourist tax: Price 1.75€ per night/person over 16 years old, maximum payment for 7 nights. .
Security deposit of 200 euros.
This will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
If payment is made in cash, an IBAN number must be provided for a bank transfer refund.

The accommodation must be left tidy, with clean dishes and trash deposited in the street bins before check-out.
Otherwise, a fee of 100€ will be charged from the security deposit.
Keys: · Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation, payable upon delivery of the new set of keys. · Keys forgotten inside the property or in the main door lock, requiring a locksmith: Price according to locksmith rates, will be charged on-site by the technician.
