You'll be 35 minutes from Angers and Saumur, and 20 minutes from the Loire River and La Flèche Zoo. [THE COTTAGE] Completely renovated, the cottage is bright, comfortable, and peaceful.
Enjoy the 67 m² spread over two levels.
On the ground floor: a 33 m² living area with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the dining and lounge areas (wood-burning stove - wood provided).
The large glass roof offers views of the surrounding woods.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, one bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm single beds and an extra bed, a toilet, and a shower room.
Outside: the very spacious covered terrace allows you to enjoy the fresh air even in rain or intense heat.

The lawn is currently being finished.
The cottage is surrounded by a private wood with walking paths starting right from the property.
