In Juan-les-Pins, this magnificent vacation apartment welcomes you surrounded by beautiful villas and prestigious hotels.
The property is modern and comfortably furnished, and from your balcony you have a partial view of the sea across the vegetation of a botanical garden.
A footpath takes you directly to the beaches, from which you can also walk further around the cape.
The path around this protruding part of the coast runs through rocks and treats you to magnificent views of the so-called Bay of Billionaires, which are among the most beautiful of its kind in the region.
Due to its location not far from the sea and between the two popular cities of Cannes and Nice, this apartment in Juan-les-Pins is ideal for a successful vacation on the Côte d'Azur.

Die Wohnung ist gut, nur dass Badezimmer hätte eine kleine Überholung nötig. Die Dusche ist eher für junge Leute und nicht für ältere Menschen gedacht. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und entsprach den Bildern im Internet. Ein grosses Lob an unseren Betreuer vor Ort. Sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Danke.
