ZERUKO IZARRA is the ideal address for a comfortable stay on the Basque Coast.
Ideally located, a stone's throw from the village of Sare (700m), 4 km from the Spanish border and 15km from the beaches of Saint Jean-de-Luz, this large independent house welcomes you for a holiday with family or friends.
On the ground floor: entrance, large air-conditioned living room of 60m2 with lounge area (panoramic sofa, 2 Smart TVs, Bluetooth station, wifi), dining area and open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hobs, 2 pyrolysis ovens), pantry (washing machine, dryer), 2 master suites (including 1 with Smart TV) with 1 bed 160 each, private bathroom/wc (shower and bathtub).
The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility (shower seat and 2 suction handles available).
Upstairs: 5 bedrooms including 1 with Smart TV (4 beds 160x200, 2 beds 90x200), 3 bathrooms upstairs including 2 with toilet, separate toilet.
Heating and air conditioning are included in the price.
Baby equipment available.
Outside, you will enjoy a private heated swimming pool (4x9m, treated with salt), covered by an automated dome (open from May to September depending on weather conditions) allowing you to swim in all weather and ensuring total safety for children.
A covered terrace, a private garden of 1500m2, a summer kitchen with plancha and a terrace with sun loungers are at your disposal for moments of relaxation and idleness.
At the front of the house, you will have a large parking lot and a bowling alley.
Room for storing bicycles (on request).
A contribution to the cleaning costs of this large gîte will be requested upon arrival: to be paid on site €200 / stay

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte magnifique. Les pièces sont spacieuses, décorées avec goût. Les équipements sont nombreux et de qualité, rien ne manque. Yves et Patricia sont aux petits soins.N'hésitez pas à séjourner à Sare, la région est superbe.

Maison très récente parfaitement équipée, très spacieuse et confortable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille. La maison est située à environ 30mn de Saint-Jean-De-Luz et il y a de nombreuses activités à proximité. Le village de Sare est charmant et vous y trouverez tous les commerces de proximité.
