This charming 30 m² studio apartment is ideally located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, in the heart of the Gourette resort.
The bright living room, with a television and a 160 cm sofa bed, opens onto a balcony offering beautiful mountain views.
The kitchenette is equipped with electric hobs, an oven, a large refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a dishwasher.
There is an alcove with two 140 cm bunk beds.
The renovated bathroom has a bathtub, a sink, storage, a mirror, a washing machine, and a separate toilet.
Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over.
Optional additional services at preferential rates: linen and towel rental, end-of-stay cleaning.
Security deposit: €260 (credit card imprint).
