L'appartement est bien situé en bord de mer avec un accès direct au sentier côtier depuis la terrasse (très peu de passage en avril). Il offre une belle vue mer. La pièce à vivre est très agréable. Idéal pour 4 personnes.

-Großartige Lage direkt am Atlantik, schöne & modern eingerichtete Wohnung, super ausgestattet. Etwas mühselige Aufnahme des Erstkontakts mit der Conciergerie, aber nicht weiter tragisch. Auch für Langzeitaufenthalte geeignet.

Emplacement top entre les deux plages, juste un petit portail à passer pour être sur le chemin. Vue sur la mer .Pas trop loin des commerces et du port. Possibilité de tout faire à pied. Parking couvert.
Joli déco. Bien aménagé
La salle de bains et les toilettes méritent une rénovation.
