Located in the exclusive Mas Fumats urbanization in Roses, our house offers breathtaking views of the Bay of Roses and features a private swimming pool for you to cool off and relax under the sun.
With capacity for 6 people, this charming property is situated on a quiet street, offering the peace and privacy you need for a perfect holiday.
Its two-story layout provides a spacious and bright living room on the main floor, where you can relax and spend unforgettable moments with your loved ones.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you may need, including a mini individual oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle.
Here you will find everything necessary to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in the dining area or on the outdoor terrace.
The house has 3 cozy bedrooms, one of them en-suite with its own bathroom and shower.
Additionally, there is another bathroom with a shower available for your convenience.
The living room has air conditioning, and the bedrooms are equipped with fans to ensure a pleasant temperature during your stay.
On the upper terrace, there is a wood or charcoal barbecue for lovers of grilled food.
On the second floor of the house, a surprise awaits you: "La Plage"! A chill-out area by the pool where you can enjoy and relax with a good dip and a cocktail while admiring the spectacular views of the Bay of Roses.
For your convenience, the house includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
We also offer free Wi-Fi and a television with French channels to keep you connected and entertained during your stay.
And don't worry about parking, as we have outdoor parking at the entrance of the house with space for 2 cars.
If you have any further questions, such as: Is electricity included? Yes, a basic consumption of 15 kWh per day is included.
Should this be exceeded, extra kWh will be charged at the current market rate, with the price per kWh indicated in the rental contract.

Het huis heeft een geweldig uitzicht richting de middellandse zee. In de woonkamer en op het terras blijf je ernaar kijken. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitstekende bedden en fijne badkamers.

De villa had een prachtige uitzicht en mooi ingericht. Ook het zwembad was een dikke pluspunt.
Jammer genoeg had de villa geen airco op de kamers en daardoor was het erg warm. Voor die prijsverhouding zouden er wel airco’s aanwezig moeten zijn.
