Located just 2.5 km from the beaches and the port of Les Issambres, you can reach Saint‑Tropez in only 20 minutes thanks to the nearby shuttle boat.
The estate includes three large swimming pools (33m Infinity pool, 25m pool and a kid pool) with beautiful sea views over the bay of Saint Tropez, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball, table tennis, 3 boule courts and a children’s playground.
Several hiking trails start directly from the estate, with outdoor fitness equipment along the paths.
From June to August, a small bakery van drives through the estate every morning, selling fresh croissants, baguettes and pastries—perfect for enjoying breakfast on the terrace with its panoramic sea view.

Het huis is zeer geschikt met kleine kinderen,ruimte genoeg.S'ochtends wakker worden met een prachtig uitzicht op zee.Communicatie met verhuurder is erg prettig.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön und bietet viel Privatsphäre sowie einen atemberaubenden Meerblick. Es war sehr gepflegt. Besonders praktisch war die Klimaanlage. Strand und Saint-Tropez sind in der Nähe. Der Eigentümer war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat E-Mails sehr schnell beantwortet.

De woning is mooi gelegen met veel privacy en schitterend uitzicht op zee. De schoonmaak was goed. Fijn dat er ook airco was. Strand en Saint-Tropez zijn dichtbij. De eigenaar was goed bereikbaar bij vragen en reageerde heel snel op e-mails.
