Completely renovated, it is equipped with brand new furniture and has wide open spaces and panoramic views of the “Marines” beaches, the Castle and the Montgó Natural Park.


“Les Roques” neighbourhood is a setting with small, charming nooks that reflect the culture, traditions and history of the city. Most inhabitants are from Dénia and choose to live in a friendly and peaceful way.

The house is located a few minutes’ walk from the famous "Loreto" street, known for its numerous restaurants and the good atmosphere that prevails in the evening. The "Marques de Campo" street, the main artery of the city with its boutiques, cafés and restaurants, is only a stone's throw away.


The nearest beach, "Punta Raset", is only at a fifteen minutes’ walk from the property. A privileged holiday place, it features beach bars, playgrounds for the smallest, volleyball courts and, last but not least, its large free parking area.
