Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in La Bresse, within walking distance of the ski resort (Belle Hutte chairlift 900m; Vologne Express chairlift 1.2 km), with a floor area of 50 m² and sleeping up to 5 guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 18 m² living room, a fully-fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garden of approximately 900 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows: - An 18 m² living room with sofas, a TV and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: two bunk beds - A bathroom with a bath and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer. Outdoors: - A 9m² terrace, covered by a balcony and facing west - A garden of approximately 900 m², with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days The flat is ideally situated in La Bresse Hohneck, in a very pleasant setting.
Essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market, are 8 km from the property Activities: La Bresse, situated in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for both summer and winter sports.
The village has been awarded the ‘Famille Plus Montagne’ label.
The Vosges offer a wealth of activities and leisure pursuits in both summer and winter: In winter: - Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas, including La Bresse-Hohneck (a 3-minute drive away), the largest ski area in the Vosges. - Two other small, family-friendly resorts: Lispach (6 slopes) and Brabant (3 slopes). - Cross-country skiing: the Lispach Nordic centre: 50 km of trails for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, an international biathlon stadium, a floodlit trail, toboggan runs and an ice rink. In summer: - Over 250 km of marked walking trails and 200 km of mountain bike trails, Lac des Corbeaux and Lac de Lispach, fishing for pike, carp, perch and trout... - Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer tobogganing, trial biking… - Places to visit: sweet shop, clog-making workshop, Gérardmer (25 minutes away), villages and vineyards of Alsace (Colmar 1 hour away). Lage direkt am Wald, relativ ruhig, Küche und Bad oberflächlich sauber. Nachmittags ganz kurz Sonne am Tisch auf der Terrasse. Raindance Dusche sehr angenehm.
Feucht, schattig, schlechter Geruch, quietschende Möbel ( Bett, Tisch) Staubschicht auf Lampenschirmen, Tischen. Chemischer feuchter Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung. Recht viel Kontakt mit Agentur bzgl. check in und check out.

Logement parfaitement adapté à une famille. l'appareil à raclette mis a la disposition des locataires est un vrai plus en montagne.
un peu trop éloigné de la station de ski. heureusement la station proposait des services de consignes, car aller à pied avec les ski jusqu'à la station est infaisable avec des enfants.

Deuxiéme fois que nous venons séjourner dans ce chalet et l’accueil est toujours aussi sympathique. L’emplacement est idéale pour faire des randonnées.
