Great location for an overnight stay to attend a wedding at East Mersea Hall. Caravan is light and bright with modern furnishings.

As a private booking, you are directed by security staff through the barrier into the park. However this means you don't have a map so worth calling to Reception first. We got a bit lost trying to locate the caravan.

Nothing, the so called cottage was mis sold as it was a mobile trailer on a holiday site. Not suitable for our needs. The owner mis represented the ‘cottage that is failing to describe the actual property. A clear case of mis representation
Dirty sheets, no reception, no wifi, wasn’t a cottage, no network, very small rooms. No emergency facilities and no disabled access. No site manager to direct us. It was a shocking experience that has left us to question if we will use Bookings.Com.
