Sea view between pine trees - the comfortable house is located directly above the well-known seaside resort of Baska Voda. 3,000 square metres of land guarantee peace and relaxation despite being close to the town - as well as a picturesque view of the Croatian Adriatic Sea.

Four well-kept studio flats (approx. 25 sqm) and four spacious holiday flats (approx. 70 sqm) offer the highest living comfort: one parking space per flat, free Wifi, pool (heated depending on the season) electric awnings, air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen TV with satellite reception, basic kitchen equipment (pots, crockery, cutlery), laundry set (bed linen, towels, kitchen towels) are available free of charge.
Here you can relax from the day - whether you have just returned from a rafting tour on the Cetina, a city trip from Split or simply from the beach five minutes away. We have also thought of our younger guests. A large children's playground with slide, trampoline and swing is available for your children.

A final cleaning fee of € 80.00 is added to the holiday price and must be paid in cash on site.
