Elegant and cosy flat inside Palazzo de Gregorio, a noble residence near the Port of Palermo, a 30-minute walk from Via Maqueda.
The flat is located inside the noble floor of the Palazzo, accessible by lift, and has been recently renovated, transforming three floors of the building into 9 flats furnished with design elements and elegant antiques. Some of these flats overlook the inner courtyard while others overlook the alley that runs alongside the Palazzo.
The entrance hall opens onto a single open space characterised by ceilings with wooden beams and elegant details on the walls. The sleeping area consists of a double bed and bedside tables, while the living area is furnished with a dining table and a kitchen concealed within the boiserie, equipped with a refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Guests can enjoy air conditioning, heating and wi-fi connection.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic districts. Tourists can take part in the 'Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the city's main monuments, such as the Church of the Santissimo Salvatore, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to take part in the 'Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets' that will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo, where lunch or a snack, at the Palermo market, dishes must be 'strictly' tasted with just the help of the hands! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire important buildings, streets and squares.
Palazzo de Gregorio is a 30-minute walk from Palermo's historic centre (Via Maqueda), a 20-minute walk from the Cala, and a 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the centre. Palermo Central Station is 5.6 km from the flat, and Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is a 35-minute drive away.
