Our holiday apartments are in the immediate vicinity of Lake Constance. Meersburg city center and the ferry to Constance can be reached in just a few minutes by car. From here you can wonderfully explore the Lake Constance region. With a beautiful view, lake and mountain view, everyday life moves into the background and you can let the first rays of sunshine and the impressive evening atmosphere work on you. The lake with a small beach is within walking distance (approx. 300m).

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
Die angegebenen Preise beinhalten keine Kurtaxe. Sollte im Ort der gebuchten Unterkunft eine Kurtaxe erhoben werden, so ist diese vor Ort verpflichtend zu zahlen.

Die gemütliche, 65qm große 3-Zimmer Wohnung (im Erdgeschoss) befindet sich in unmittelbarer Seenähe und ist vollständig möbliert. Sie verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer - eins mit einem Doppelbett sowie ein weiteres mit Stockbett und einer ausziehbaren Schlafcouch - und bietet Platz für maximal 5-6 Personen. Die Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Backofen und Kaffeemaschine sowie weiteren Dingen, die in Ihrem Urlaub nicht fehlen sollten, ausgestattet. Vom Wohnzimmer aus verspricht die nach Osten ausgerichtete Terrasse gemütliche Sonnenstunden und ist sowohl zum Frühstücken als auch zum abendlichen Grillen bestens geeignet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche mit WC. In unserem Apartment Haus Seeblick können Sie sich entspannen und von hier aus die Bodenseeregion erkunden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus. Mit dem Bus kann die Meersburger Innenstadt sowie die Fähre in nur 3 Minuten erreicht werden. Eine kleine Badestelle mit Beach Cafe befindet sich ebenfalls nur etwa 300 Meter entfernt.
