Villa Gina es una bonita villa situada en una tranquila urbanizacíón a 6 kms de las playa de Lloret de mar , a 1 hora de Barcelona y a 30 minutos de Girona . El parque acuático Wather World está a 3 kms . Todo está en la misma planta recien reformado., Dos dormitorios con cama matrimonial y un sofá cama en el salón . terraza y barbacoa con una pequeña piscina . Ideal para familia con niños .la cocina está completamente equipada . Los supermercados están a 3 kms .El propietario vive en el terreno.Se puede teletrabajar porque hay wifi y la villa es muy tranquila . Lloret de mar centro se encuentra a 5kms para poder ir a bares, restautantes y discotecas . las playas tienen bandera azul y son las mejores de la Costa Brava .Hay muy buenos restaurantes en la zona .

A l'arrivée 400 euros + 36 euros de taxe de séjour non indiquée
La caution n'est toujours pas rembourser après alors que ça fait 17 jours que nous avons quitté les lieux et que nous avions rendu la maison propre sans rien cassé

Die Hauseigentümerin die im unteren Bereich wohnt, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sowie die Nachbarbarschaft auch.
Es war sauber und von der Einrichtung war alles da, was benötigt wurde.
Laut Holidubeschreibung sollte eine Kaution von 150€ anfallen, anstonsten waren keine Extrakosten/Zusatzkosten erwähnt, doch die Vermittlerin wollte dann plötzlich 400€ Kaution und 60€ EXTRA haben(die sie auch einbehält für Service usw.) SIE wurde total aggressiv und drohte mit Polizei und Rauswurf ...
