Welcome to our charming independent house, nestled in the heart of the village of Longeville-sur-Mer, just 2 km from the magnificent supervised beach and the center of the town. Ideally located approximately 800 meters from the starting point of the Vendée cycle paths, our house offers an idyllic setting for an unforgettable holiday.
Our new house, offering optimal comfort, welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the pleasant living room, including a lounge area equipped with a television and a comfortable sofa, as well as a dining area giving access to a sunny terrace. The fully equipped and integrated kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals with ease, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, hotplates, an oven, a microwave and plenty of practical storage.
The house has three bright and welcoming bedrooms: two bedrooms with a 140 cm double bed each, and a third bedroom with a 120 cm bed. A separate WC as well as a modern bathroom complete this living space.
Make the most of your stay in the open air thanks to the enclosed grounds, where young and old can relax in complete safety. For added convenience, a garage is also at your disposal, which can be used as a storeroom and houses a washing machine.
