The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer, as well as access to an interior patio that provides natural light.



The flat has two bedrooms with capacity for 4 people: one with a double bed and television, and the other with two single beds.
