The cottage offers you:
- On the ground floor: a large living room with lounge, living room and kitchen.
- On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 140x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds), each with private shower room and separate toilet.
- On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 140x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds), each with private shower room and separate toilet.
A 90x190 bed on the mezzanine: possibility of accommodating 1 additional person (on request). - Outside: a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. Access to the terrace is through the garage of the owners who live in joint ownership.
The owners access their home through the garage and then the gite terrace.
Parking spaces in the street and car park 30 m away (both free). Excluding holidays, the cottage is offered as a guest house (56G56506). Plouhinec benefits from an exceptional setting with its 19 km of coastline, 9 of which are beaches.
The town center, a stone's throw from the house, is animated by its various cafes, restaurants, creperies... Not to be missed during your stay: Saint Cado and its small oyster house, accessible by a bridge, whatever the tide! In the evening, in summer, you can enjoy the sun setting over the Ria, tasting oysters, mussels and seafood, at the oyster farmers.
The cottage is equidistant from Quiberon and Concarneau, enough to make beautiful discoveries by leaving for the day either on the Morbihan side or on the Finistère side.

Très bon accueil. Les propriétaires habitent à côté mais restent discrets et prévenants.Gite bien équipé avec une sdb dans chaque chambre. Malgré la proximité de la route la maison est très bien isolée du bruit. Plage magnifique à marée basse à 40 minutes à pied. Beaucoup de sites néolithiques à visiter dans la région et de belles balades.
