Ferienhaus entsprach der Beschreibung, sogar Mückengittee und Rolläden gab es.
An manchen Tagen (Gewittertage) Kanalgeruch im unteren Bad.
Betten ziemlich weich. Couch im Wohnzimmer für 3 Personen ausreichend. Bei Vollbelegung vielleicht schwierig.

Alle voorzieningen beschikbaar zoals keuken, 2 badkamers en 4 slaapkamers. Voldoende keukengerei. Opgemaakte bedden.
Supermarkt Mercadona tegenover de ingang van het complex is super handig.
Afstandsbedieningen voor de hoofdpoorten van het complex en de poort bij het huis werkten prima.

Stroomvoorziening is gebrekkig. Van de kookplaat kunnen qua vermogen maar twee pitten gebruikt worden. En als tegelijkertijd de oven wordt gebruikt, dan moet beide airco's uitgezet worden. Anders gaat de gehele stroomvoorziening plat.
In de welkomstbrief mag dit nadrukkelijker vermeld worden, anders verrast het een aantal keren tijdens het koken.
