The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 20 m).
Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. Special Air conditioning, electric heating, underfloor heating.
Children’s toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine.
