Located at the entrance to Queyras and on the access road to the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul (14 and 12 km) this apartment very comfortably accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
On the first floor of a very recent residence, it is a 5-minute walk from the town center and all shops.
Access to the stations is possible with a free shuttle, which stops 100m from the residence. For a very pleasant and comfortable stay, this spacious and bright 80m² T4 is equipped with a very well-equipped fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, etc.) a living room bright with a large screen TV, Wifi, bathroom with bathtub and separate WC. The apartment is south facing with a terrace overlooking the mountainfrom Risoul. 2 parking spaces, one outside the other in the basement are available. The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. Guillestre has a central position for multiple outdoor sports activities, Skiing, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, whitewater sports, paragliding, gliding in exceptional sites such as the regional parks of Ecrins, Queyras and near the mythical routes of the Alps. L'appartement est spacieux et très fonctionnel. L'équipement est top et moderne. Le parking est très facile. La situation géographique globale est parfaite pour qui veut découvrir la région. Le centre de Guillestre est accessible à pied et on y trouve toutes les commodités utiles.
L'appartement est proche de la route principale qui est très fréquentée, et donc bruyante, et le balcon est exposé au sud. En hiver ou durant les mois plus froids, le charroi doit être moins important (?) et surtout l'exposition au sud est un atout. En été, profiter de l'espace extérieur doit se fai...

Proche de la gare routière qui permet de prendre la navette gratuite pour aller skier à Risouls.
