Feel at home in our cozy apartment in the former coal merchant's building at the disused train station of our small town, suitable for up to 5 people.
A modern, open-plan 3-room apartment with a large eat-in kitchen and two bedrooms with a terrace is available for you. The entire building was energetically renovated in 2021 and equipped with state-of-the-art heating and cooling technology.
In summer, the large light fireplace can be opened or passively cooled via the ceiling if needed.
The floor heating makes the apartment also well-suited for allergy sufferers. A reserved, free parking space is available on the property in front of the house.
You will live on approximately 78sqm on the first upper floor, in a quiet yet centrally located area.
Access from the parking lot to the apartment is via an external staircase.
You are welcome to bring a dog for a fee (see additional costs).
