Beautiful 55m² duplex apartment located on the second floor of the Résidence Les Dunes du Golf. The residence offers access to a children's playground and a pétanque court, as well as a private parking space. This apartment features a balcony with unobstructed views and no overlooking neighbors. The ground floor comprises a bedroom (with two 90x190cm bunk beds) and a living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom (with a 180x190cm bed) and a bathroom with a washing machine. The living room offers a high-quality sofa bed (sleeps two additional people with a 160x200cm bed). CLEANING INCLUDED Please note: Bed linen/household linen is not provided (available for rent as an option). No Wi-Fi (MiniBox rental available as an option). We hebben een heerlijk lang weekend gehad, de locatie is geweldig met uitzicht op zee. Onderhoud aan het huis kan wat beter. De tweede dag ging de boiler stuk, maar dit werd gelukkig heel erg snel opgelost! Al bij al een heerlijk weekend gehad in Wimereux.
