The quietly situated 40 m² apartment for 2 people is located in the basement with its own terrace (25 m²), sheltered like an inner courtyard.

The kitchenette is equipped with a 4* fridge, 4-plate ceramic hob, microwave grill, three coffee machines (coffee machine with grinder, pad and filter), kettle and toaster. The bedroom (12 m²) with double bed, large closet, dressing bench and window invites you to a restful sleep.
