It is equipped with a living room of 22 m² (about 236 ft²), with a fitted kitchenette, with a balcony and with a parking lot.

Outside : - A fenced and tiled terrace of 60m², facing west, with table, chairs and garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The flat is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, just over 1km from the centre.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - Water sports: sailing, sand yachting... - Fishing, - Hiking : GR34, - Cap d'Erquy, - Cap Fréhel.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, private parking for all types of vehicles is available.

La Coquille "Excellent séjour, joli appartement, très confortable et fonctionnel. l'accès quasi direct à la plage, sans circulation est un plus, surtout avec des enfants. les terrasses de l'appartement permettent de profiter tout au long de la journée du soleil. Enfin, on ne peut pas ne pas parle...
